Thank you for shopping with Dark Frontier Works. We strive to deliver your tactical equipment, night vision, and accessories as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our specific guidelines regarding domestic fulfillment and strict federal compliance regulations below.

We utilize all major domestic shipping services to balance transit times and cost-effectiveness for your orders. Depending on your location, order size, and real-time carrier pricing, your items will be shipped via: USPS, UPS, & FedEx.

- Standard Order Processing:
Please allow 2 to 8 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Carrier delays may occasionally impact final transit times.

Due to safety, security, and strict federal compliance laws, we enforce the following address restrictions:
  • No PO Boxes: We require a physical street address for all shipments. Orders addressed to PO Boxes will be canceled automatically.
  • No Military Mail (APO / FPO / DPO): Under U.S. Export Control Laws, shipments to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses are legally categorized as international exports. Because our products are restricted to the domestic United States, we cannot ship to any military mail addresses.
- Dark Frontier Works does not ship internationally.
The physical products, night vision devices, digital blueprints, tech data, and accessories sold on this website are subject to strict federal regulations. This includes the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) administered by the U.S. Department of State, and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) managed by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

  • U.S. Persons Only: Products may only be sold and shipped to U.S. citizens, permanent U.S. residents (Green Card holders), or protected individuals under U.S. law.
  • No Resale or Export: You certify that any items purchased are for your personal or organizational domestic use only. You agree not to export, re-export, transfer, or divert any products, components, or related technical data to foreign nationals or foreign destinations without prior, explicit authorization from the U.S. Government.
  • Criminal Liability: Unauthorized export of ITAR-controlled hardware or technical data constitutes a severe federal crime punishable by immense civil penalties and criminal imprisonment.
We actively screen transactions and reserved the right to cancel any order that triggers compliance risks or indicates potential proxy purchasing for export purposes.
